The electronic sick leave notice (eAU) for Germany is now integrated into Hubdrive HR for Dynamics! This function has long been requested by our customers and represents a significant step forward in the digitalization of HR administration.

With the eAU extension, the management of sick leave notices is fully automated and seamlessly integrated into the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

With just one click, the eAU for legally and voluntarily insured persons is requested from the respective health insurance company and stored in the digital personnel file.

CV parsing with artificial intelligence

Functionality

Hubdrive HR for Dynamics has reached another milestone: AI-supported CV parsing is now available in the recruiting module! This functionality has been long awaited by customers and significantly simplifies the application process. It is based on Microsoft's AI technology Copilot.

With the new technology, recruiters can automatically extract relevant information from CVs and transfer it directly to the corresponding fields in the applicant profile.

The skills can be further developed in Hubdrive's HR Management Training and eLearning module.
