Our recruitment team will assess your application and get in touch with you within a couple of days.

Video Interview

In our experience, both sides have plenty of questions to ask. In a video interview, we'll have a first meeting, get a first impression of each other, and discuss all unanswered questions.

Face-to-Face meeting at our HQ

The next step is to get to know the Hubdrive team on site at our headquarters. You should allow four hours for this meeting.

You'll talk to our HR team, your potential Team Leader and a couple of your future colleagues. We'll show you the office and your potential workplace.

In an assessment we better identify your strengths, so that we can assign your ideal tasks, that bring you success and happiness.

Let the impressions sink in

You let the impressions sink in and we take a look at the assessment.

Become a Hubdriver in the 2nd appointment on site

In a second appointment, we will discuss your career plan and the contract details. If everything fits, we will sign the contract and career plan together.

With this final step, you are a Hubdriver! Congratulations!

Welcome

A short time later, it's time. Your mentor greets you on your first day and accompanies you as your coach during the upcoming Onboarding process.

Frequently asked questions regarding your application

How do I submit my application?

Please send your PDF application to: join.the.team@Hubdrive.com Alternatively, you can mail to:

Hubdrive GmbH
Beethoven Street 5
97080 Würzburg, Germany

In which language should I write my application?

You can send us your application in German or English. We have no preference.

When will I receive feedback on my application?

We will contact you within 4 working days by phone or e-mail.

What happens during the on-site interview?

It is important to us that we get to know each other. We are happy to enter into long-term working relationships if it suits you. That's what we should find out together. You introduce yourself, we share insights about the company with you and then we talk specifically about the open position.

Is there a dress code?

We want you to feel comfortable when you come to talk to us. Wear something that suits the role to which you are applying. Your counterpart will wear a shirt without a tie.

Unfortunately it didn't work out. Can I apply again?

Yes, of course. Not working out often means not fitting to the specific role. Maybe a completely different job suits you better.

And once I have started: what can I expect in my first few days?

It is important to us that you are well trained and that you enjoy your work. We provide an extensive onboarding package. You will receive some standard training sessions, which are the same for all employees, and some training sessions specific for your role.

A personal coach will accompany you through this time. He also makes sure that you get to know colleagues from other departments, helps you with any problems or uncertainty in your area of responsibility, and helps you understand the company culture.
