Teams Shifts Integration: Activate Flows
Objective
In this tutorial, you'll learn to activate the flows included in the solution you imported in the second tutorial.
Prerequisites
- You are System Administrator
- The Setup of Teams Shifts in Entra is complete
- The Setup of Teams Shifts in PowerApps is complete
Click Through
- Start in PowerApps
- Make sure the correct environment is selected in the right half of the top bar
- Click on Solutions
- Click on All and open HR for Dynamics Teams Shifts Integration
- Click on Cloud Flows on the left side
- Enable all Team Shifts Flows (except (Deprecated)…) by selecting each flow and clicking on Activate in the top-ribbon
- Those with "Teams Shifts - Microsoft Teams Shifts To HR Synchronization" in name have to be activated in descending order (5 to 1) if not already activated
- Typically, only "Teams Shifts - Microsoft Teams Shifts To HR Synchronization" aren't activated yet
- When all needed flows are enabled, proceed to the next tutorial to enable users for the Teams Shifts integration.
Hint
- Deprecated Cloud flows don't need to be activated.
