With the entry into force of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, the requirements for data protection in the HR area have increased significantly. Recruiting in particular involves the collection of personal data, the access and use of which is heavily regulated under the GDPR. In particular, the following points must also be taken into account:
- Deletion: Upon request by applicants, you must delete all data collected about them in your system.
- Rectification: Upon request by the applicants, the data collected from them must be corrected.
- Objection: Upon request by the applicants, the processing of their data must be stopped indefinitely.
- Access: Upon request, you must inform applicants what data has been collected about them and make it available to them, if necessary
