Enable / Disable Time Tracking for Employees
Objective
HR Managers can now select which employees can use the Time & Attendance functionality. This ensures that only selected employees will receive Time Summaries, Time Sheets and Daily Summaries, so they can create their attendances and track their times.
Prerequisites
- You are HR Manager

- Start in HR HUB
- Under Administration, navigate to Employees
- Open the desired employee's file
- Select the Tab Time & Attendance
- Use the toggle Enable Time Tracking to select Yes/No
- Save & Close
Hint
- This should be done for every employee that needs to track time.
- Only HR Managers are able to change this setting.
- If you had a previous rollup version (before RU48), with existing employees, you don't have to change anything (the standard will keep the employees as part of time tracking).
- If you create new employees after installing RU 48, they will be automatically part of time tracking, unless you change the toggle to No.
Recommendations
- We recommend to do this right after you set the employment terms of the employee to Valid.
- The toggle has to be changed before the monthly rollout happens to make sure the employee is included in the rollout of this month.
