Navigation help: How to access HR HUB

Hint: Please check if HR HUB is already added as Favorite to your Browser. We highly recommend this for easy access.

Should you not have saved a shortcut to the app in your Browser, you can find it like this:

  • Visit the Microsoft 365 App: Apps | Microsoft 365 (office.com)
  • Log in with your Microsoft Account
    • If you are already logged in, you can see your account in the top right corner.
  • In the menu on the left side, click on Apps
  • Click on All apps under the section Apps (screenshot)
  • Scroll down to Business Apps
  • Select Hubdrive HR HUB

Hint

  • For future faster access to the app, you can add it as a favorite to your browser.
  • You will find the corresponding icon for this in the upper right corner next to the search bar.

Result

After you opened HR Hub, you will see the Dashboard view. The exact look of the Dashboard may differ, depending on the information you already entered into the system.
