Using our leave management module, an employee can request a leave, the supervisor can in real-time check their balance and possible bottlenecks, and approve/reject the request.
Besides the Management task, Leave Management also contains automated processes, such as Rollout of leave entitlements, Carry Forward remaining leaves to the next period, Offset calculation, assignment of Business Closure for employees or departments and automatic generation of emails, informing the employees about the status of their leave requests.
