You can use the CV Parsing functionality to quickly add information from the applicant's CV to Hubdrive.
The focus of this tutorial is on the first half of the application lifecycle, from receipt to initial assessment.

Prerequisites
- Make sure you are an HR Manager or Recruiter
- The CV parsing functionality is only available with a valid Textkernel license
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Under Recruiting, click on Applications
- You will now see all active applications
- If the application came directly via the recruiting portal, the application with applicant, CV and all important data will automatically appear in this list
- Open the application
- Under the Documents section you will find all the documents that the applicant has sent
- Optional: By clicking on Parse CV, the system transfers important information directly from the CV to the applicant data record
- You can now view the documents and initially assess the application
- To reject the applicant, click on Deactivate in the top bar
- If configured correctly, your system will automatically send a rejection email after a predefined waiting period
- Sending a rejection is possible at every step of the application
- If you don't reject the applicant, you have the option of selecting different status reasons as a template (e.g. initially "Initial assessment")
