The focus of this tutorial is on the second half of the life cycle of an application.
After you have initially assessed the application and found the candidate to be good, send the application to the future supervisor. This may be followed by the 1st & 2nd interview before contract negotiations begin.

Prerequisites
- Make sure you are an HR Manager or Recruiter

- Start in HR HUB
- Under Recruiting, click on Applications
- Open the application you wish to work on
- In the upper area you can see the individual process steps
- Submit your Initial Validation 
- To do so, click on Initial Validation in the process flow and fill out the fields
 
- Request Feedback from the responsible Supervisor by sending the process to the next stage
- The Supervisor is automatically notified to provide feedback
- Then invite the candidate to the individual interviews
- The invitation or general communication with the candidate takes place via the timeline
- In the timeline you can see the entire communication with the applicant
