How to check if the German Labor Office integration has been installed

Objective

If you are unsure whether the integration to the German Labor Office has been installed during the setup of your HR solution, this tutorial tells you how to check this later on.

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and click on Advanced Settings
  • Under Customization, click Solutions
  • Click on Managed
  • Open HR for Dynamics - [Current Rollup Version]
  • Search for Professions (BfA) via the search bar on the left
  • Click on Professions (BfA)
  • There should be more than 5000 entries listed
  • Next, search for Hubdrive Integration Settings
  • Under "Hubdrive Integration Setting columns and data", add the column Name (Primary)
  • Click on Edit
  • Check if the feature "BundesagenturArbeitPublishing" is present here
  • Select the entry
  • Click on Edit row using form in the top-ribbon
  • The integration setting should be linked at this point
  • Check whether the link is to the correct setting
  • If everything is correct, close the window
  • Next, search for Recruiting channels
  • Under "Recruiting channels columns and data", add the column Name (Primary)
  • There should now be an entry for "Bundesagentur für Arbeit"

Hint

If you find out the integration to the German Labor office has not been installed yet, but you need it now, you need to import the package "HR for Dynamics Installer with Base Data for German Labor Office". You can find more information about this here.
