How employees can see documents
Objective
                        The purpose of this page is to describe how employees can see documents assigned to them by the HR Managers. This can be used if they request any documentation from HR.

- Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services
- In the Employee Cockpit
- Click on My Employee Data
- Click on the tab Related
- Select Documents
- Open the desired entry
Tips & Tricks
                        If you can't view your requested document as described above, please contact your HR department and have them check the following:
                - HR Manager and employee have a valid license assigned
- SharePoint integration is set up
- Employee requested a document from HR (e.g. by using the HR Request functionality) and the HR Manager stored it in their digital personnel file
