Your role as Junior PSM

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part in this: You take strategic measures to ensure that our partners achieve the jointly agreed goals. Your interface function ensures continuous communication with all internal and external contacts.
You generate new exciting partners with great potential at trade fairs, in webinars or on stage. Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many other partners in 36 countries are keen to successfully acquire and implement customers with you

This is how we work

  • At the Hubdrive Academy, we complete your knowledge and turn you into a true Hubdriver.
  • At the beginning, we work with our partners to define clear goals. You support the creation of business plans that outline the number of new customers to acquire, the expected annual revenue and key strategic milestones.
  • You make sure partners attend all required training sessions and complete certification exams – so they have the know-how to succeed with our HR software.
  • You also help develop and implement marketing activities and partner strategies. In this, you work closely with an experienced Partner Manager.
  • You ensure that all relevant KPIs are tracked. In regular performance reviews, you analyze the results and work with the partner to develop new ideas for improving the collaboration.
  • You represent Hubdrive at trade shows, conferences and other industry events – positioning us as a trusted partner and expanding our partner network.
  • As a Partner Success Manager, you play a key role in growing our partner network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
  • That completes the picture.
