Your role as Junior PSM

You are passionate about IT and the possibilities of digitalization
You have 1-3 years of experience in partner management (business plans, partner marketing, partner sales, partner training, partner recruiting)
You have a high school diploma or a university degree
You are experienced in communicating with all contact persons of partners
You have very good communication and moderation skills
You communicate in German or English on level C2

Continuous and holistic management of the partners assigned to you
Working with the most exciting and successful partners worldwide
Assist in the creation of business plans with your partners
Empower partners to implement HR for Dynamics with customers
Assist in the implementation of go-to-market plans
Execute lead campaigns with your partners
Strengthen partner relationships to drive engagement with Hubdrive products
Assisting in the education of your partners
Help recruit additional partners in your region
Your future colleagues are already working with these partners

Your engagement will take place online via video conferencing, in the office in Würzburg and occasionally on-site with partners.

You have no experience as a PSM

Are you passionate about the tasks of a Partner Success but have no experience in this role? No problem, apply anyway. We have a solution.
