Your Role

What does it mean to be a Hubdriver? Together, we have direct influence on the rapid growth of Hubdrive. Our task thereby is exiting prospects from the start for HR for Dynamics, showing them an innovative solution and win them as satisfied long-term customers.

Your Future

• You are successfully selling the global innovation leader of HR solutions
• We don't do cold calls! You receive your leads from the marketing department
• You guide the prospect in a structured and multi-tiered sales process from lead to purchase
• Thereby, you present the innovative solution and the USPs online, often together with partners
• You excite the prospects about the possible benefits for their company and their employees
• You are goal-oriented in closing deals
• You then hand over your newly acquired customer to the Customer Success Team
• You work closely with the prospects, our trusted partners and the cool Microsoft sales teams
• You work at our site in Würzburg for worldwide selected regions

Your Experience

Sounds good? You should meet the following criteria:

• You already have first sales experience(Beginners can find our Trainee Program here)
• You are goal-oriented and strong in closing deals
• You have experience in structured online sales
• You are excited about the possibilities of digital transformation
• You have very good communication skills
• You are fluent in English (for German apply here)

Advantageous Additional Skills

• Experience in HR Software Sales
• Network in the Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem
