Your Future

• Agreement on improvements in HR through digitization with the management of your customers
• Continuous coordination of improvements in successful customer initiatives
• Build, maintain and skillfully leverage strong client relationships with business, and IT decision makers
• Deep establishment of our software in the daily work of your customers to generate real value for the customer and their employees
• Strategic planning and methodical approach to developing common objectives
• Focus on the entire customer lifecycle - from deployment to usage and adoption to intensive use of our software
• Maximize customer success by selling additional services
• Identify trends and proactively derive and implement necessary success measures
• You will be responsible online at the headquarters in Würzburg for the DACH and Western European markets

Your Experience

What you should have to be successful

• You are used to communicating routinely with customer executives
• You have three years of professional experience in a similar position as a key account manager, sales manager, customer success manager or project manager
• You are passionate about the IT industry, technology, the possibilities of digital transformations and disruptive business software
• You are motivated to contribute to the success of our customers and their employees
• You are proactive and structured in your way of acting
• You have very good communication and moderation skills in German and English
• You have experience in change and optimization management
• You keep a clear head for the most important tasks even in our fast-paced environment

Advantageous Additional Skills

• Experience in the HR environment
• Experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem
