Automated processes in position planning
- As soon as the position is created, the exit risk of the job assignment is retrieved from the Digital Personnel File of the assigned employee, and filled in here.
- If an employee is currently assigned to a position, the field Current Assignment in the section Position Assignment is set to Yes.
- If the assignment period expires, this field is automatically set to No.
- If a new job assignment has already been made for the subsequent period, the field is set to Yes, and the Exit Risk is updated according to the employee now assigned.
- There is also a workflow called 'Update Name - Position Assignment - HR Management [Multilingual] - xRM1', this real-time process is triggered when a Position Assignment record is created, or, the Position Assignment record fields (Employee, Position, Start Date) change, then updates the name in the Position Assignment record.
