Redirect URL

Objective

In this article, you’ll learn how to determine the redirect URL (callback URL) for the Hubdrive DATEV integration and submit it to Hubdrive.

The redirect URL is required to set up secure authentication between your Hubdrive DATEV integration and DATEV. Once you submit it, Hubdrive stores the URL in the DATEV application so that the connection can be established successfully.

Process

System Admin

Copies the URL from Power Apps

System Admin

Submits the redirect URL to Hubdrive

System Admin

The System Admin forwards the redirect URL to the responsible HR Manager

Prerequisites

You are signed in to Power Apps as a System Admin.
You have successfully installed the Hubdrive DATEV Integration.
You have assigned the Hubdrive DATEV Operator security role to the relevant HR Manager

Click Through

Sign in to make.powerapps.com using your administrator account.
Select the environment where you installed the HR DATEV Integration.
On the left side, click Solutions.
Navigate to Managed and select the Hubdrive DATEV Integration solution.
On the left side, click Objects and select Cloud Flows.
Open the flow Hubdrive - Get DATEV token from Callback URL for auth.
In the ribbon at the top left, click Edit.
Click When an HTTP request is received and copy the HTTP GET URL.
Upload the redirect URL through the customer portal by creating a ticket.
Also provide the redirect URL to the responsible HR Manager, as it is required for sign-in.

Hint

Use the redirect URL exclusively from the environment that will later be connected to DATEV in production.
Submit the URL to Hubdrive exactly as it is.
Save the URL for future configuration or support purposes.

Result

The redirect URL has been successfully sent to Hubdrive and can be used to set up DATEV authentication.

Next step

Once you have provided the redirect URL to both Hubdrive and the responsible HR Manager, the HR Manager can proceed with connecting to DATEV in the next step.
