Create Certificates

Objective

Hubdrive offers you the possibility to manage Certificates that are regularly required and/or awarded in your company. The Certificates can be divided into different categories: Professional Certificates, Soft Skill Certificates, Language Certificates, and Other certificates.

Certificate Templates are created and rolled out to your Employees. Requirements for the Certificates are defined via Skill Levels.

Creates Certificate Template

HR Manager

Rolls out Certificate using the Rollout Center

Employee

Receives individualized Certificate and can see which Skill Levels are required to achieve the Certificate

Prerequisites

Skill Levels for the desired Skill have already been created

Click Through

Start in HR HUB
Under Training, click on Certificates
Click on + New
Use the 'Template Creator' form
Enter a Name, ensuring it is appropriate for the Certificate
Select Type 'Template' for the Certificate
Classification is used to select the category the Certificate should be assigned
Issued by provides the information for the employee to the organization that the Certificate is issued by
Maximum Score displays the maximum number of points that can be achieved
Status Reason displays the progress status for the Certificate
Costs provides the user with the fees associated with the Certificate
In Paid by, provide information who is responsible for covering the costs
Save
On the right side, a new grid called Related Skill Levels is made available
Click on Add Existing Skill Level
- Depending on the zoom settings of your browser, this option may be hidden behind the three dots in the top right corner of the table
Select all Skill Levels which are achieved by completing the Certificate
After adding all needed Skill Levels, click on Add below
Save & Close

Hint

When creating a Certificate, you should always start with the type 'Template', as you create a copy in the Rollout Center which automatically creates the type 'Usage'. Read more about this here.
