Your role as software development teamleader

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big leap up the career ladder? Then we have something for you!

You will manage our development and be responsible for the entire process, from the product idea and development to quality control and documentation.

We are growing significantly Scaling processes and training additional hub drivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

Leading and managing a team of international software developers and their continuous development.
Organization of day-to-day business based on an agile project management method.
Close cooperation and regular coordination with Microsoft headquarters via online meetings, but also on-site at Microsoft conferences in America twice a year.
Active participation in day-to-day business to continuously improve our development, deployment and update processes.
Responsibility for product quality and 3rd level support.

You have experience as a team leader

You have several years of experience in the comprehensive management of employees. This is where we need your routine, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
You have professional experience in the areas of software development, product management, quality assurance, cloud or SaaS.
You have experience in software life cycle management.
You may also have experience as a project manager.
Your German and English should be on point.
