Your role as
team leader software development
Our innovative HR software helps companies save an impressive amount of time each year. Employees also enjoy more comfort and security in their daily work.
You and your team keep developing the most advanced AI-powered HR solution in the Microsoft ecosystem. The entire process is your baby – from development to quality control to documentation and support.
We’re growing fast. Scaling processes and onboarding new Hubdrivers is a major part of your daily responsibilities. This is a cool fact and not the usual exaggeration you see in job postings.

This is how we work
- The development process starts every three months with a new rollup. We decide together in advance which modules we’ll improve next and add them to the roadmap.
- Your team discusses the new user stories in detail with product management, which sits right next to you. The process is established.
- You structure development and assign work packages to your team. We’re lucky that there’s no project delivery stress here. Quality comes first for us.
- You keep an eye on choosing the right architecture within the platform.
- You align regularly with the Microsoft colleagues at the headquarters online and once or twice a year you fly over to Redmond.
- We often explore new technology and try paths nobody has taken before. Sometimes things can go wrong. But that’s the only way to create excellence – and you enjoy that.
- Your team handles 3rd level support. Product issues go straight to your team and are fixed in the next update.
- Let’s talk about the employees. They matter a lot to us. You make sure your team members find joy and purpose in their work and can grow with your support. Every four to eight weeks you sit down with each person and discuss how things are going.
- We’re growing fast. In direct coordination with the CEO, you hire new developers on a regular basis, guide them through a structured onboarding, rethink processes and evolve our system step by step.
- That completes the picture.

You have experience as a team lead in software development
- You have many years of comprehensive leadership experience. We need your routine here, and we can’t make any compromises.
- You have several years of expertise in software development, quality assurance, software life cycle management or SaaS.
- Your team matters to you. You want it to grow.
- Maybe you’ve also gained experience as a project manager.
- Your German and English should be on point.
