Your role as Team Lead Sales

Do you want to take your career to the next level and grow with us? Then we have something for you!

You'll be responsible for sales across Europe, the USA, and Canada, while keeping all operational sales processes running smoothly. Whether it's preparing for a pitch or stepping into a negotiation, you'll be right there supporting your team with selected customers.

We've already won over Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference. Which brand should your team win next?

This is how we work

  • You start your day with a quick team meeting to align on priorities and make sure everyone’s on track.
  • No cold calling here – your team works exclusively with qualified leads delivered directly by marketing.
  • Together with your team, you inspire potential customers and guide them through a structured sales process.
  • You keep a close eye on your team’s performance using dashboards and KPIs, making sure targets are met.
  • You support your team’s growth through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, where you talk through challenges and celebrate wins. The goal: unlock each person’s strengths and move the whole team forward.
  • Your team works with customers around the globe. You personally step in for key deals and help manage and grow strategic accounts.
  • We’re growing fast. In close coordination with the CEO, you regularly hire new sales talent and continuously optimize our sales processes.
  • That completes the picture.

You have experience as a Sales team lead

  • You’ve gained many years of experience fully leading a sales team. We need your expertise here – there’s no room for compromise.
  • You know B2B sales inside and out – ideally in the software or capital goods space.
  • You’re a true coach for your team – and it’s second nature for you to support their continuous development.
  • Inspiring people is your passion and you’re excited about systematically scaling our sales operations.
  • You bring eloquence, confidence and polished interpersonal skills – your conversation partners are seasoned professionals.
  • Your German and English should be on point.
