Senior Inhouse Recruiter with a focus on Active Sourcing

As an inhouse recruiter specializing in active sourcing, you're the key to our continued success.

You're not just a recruiter – you're a brand ambassador, talent scout and sparring partner for our departments. Are you ready to take on the challenge?

This is how we work

  • When a new position needs to be filled, you start with the team lead. He'll describe exactly what talents and qualities he is looking for. You contribute your experience to help refine the profile.
  • Next, you consider how and where to find the right candidate. We place great value on personal responsibility and give you the freedom you need to succeed.
  • If you ever hit a roadblock, experienced colleagues, your supervisor and company leadership are there to support you. Teamwork makes us stronger!
  • You don’t just rely on traditional job boards – you also use creative social media strategies. Our in-house film studio is at your disposal, so you can create reels and other video formats for your recruiting efforts anytime.
  • With modern active sourcing tools, you directly approach potential candidates and build lasting relationships with top talent.
  • You discuss exciting applications directly with the team leads. At our company, team leads are actively involved in the recruiting process. You are their sparring partner and coach.
  • You conduct interviews, provide appreciative feedback and guide candidates through a transparent, fast and positive application process.
  • In interviews, you identify each candidate’s superpower and actively recommend where their strengths could shine – even if it’s not the position they originally applied for.
  • Your input on our recruiting strategy is not only welcome – it’s encouraged. We want to grow and evolve together.

You have experience in recruiting

  • You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, e.g. as an in-house recruiter, in staffing services or HR consulting
  • Job boards, recruitment marketing and active sourcing are your daily business. You know how to approach the right candidates.
  • With your empathetic and engaging manner, you inspire new talent for Hubdrive.
  • You have a proactive and structured way of working. You tackle issues independently, set clear priorities and always maintain an overview, even when requirements change.
  • Your communication is precise and convincing – both in German and English.
