Your role

Job details

  • How does it actually work? You are responsible for the entire recruiting process and take seriously the task of getting everything done efficiently and as quickly as possible. You understand the importance of timing. 
  • You know our values, our job positions, and the DNA of a Hubdriver. This gives you a unique degree of action room. You identify superpowers in interviews and place candidates where they can make the most of them. Even if it's not their initial application.
  • You deliver a great and professional candidate experience. You wow candidates with fast feedback, contract negotiation support, and constant availability from day one.
  • You are passionate about employer marketing. You know exactly where to place our job ads: be that on traditional job boards, LinkedIn, or through innovative HR marketing strategies.
  • As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for the entire application process, from the initial contact and our structured on-site assessments to the first day at work.
  • The icing on the cake: We guarantee that you'll have the support of the entire team. Everyone will pitch in to help. Department heads act and react in hours, not weeks. You'll get prompt decisions from your boss. If your company is struggling with ensuring this, apply to Hubdrive.

Your experience

  • You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, e.g. as an in-house recruiter, in recruiting agencies or as HR Manager. 
  • You know job boards and recruitment marketing campaigns (e.g. recruitment fairs, social media recruitment, etc.) and know how to approach the right candidates.
  • You think analytically, make data-based decisions and have experience in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy.
  • With your empathetic and engaging manner, you inspire new talent for Hubdrive.
  • You have a proactive and structured way of working. You tackle issues independently, set clear priorities, and always maintain an overview, even when requirements change.
  • Your communication is precise and convincing – in both German and English.
