Your role as Sales Manager Partner Channel
With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of HR administration effort every year, and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work. Your part in this:
Together with renowned partners like Deutsche Telekom, EY and Microsoft, you win customers for our innovative HR solution.

We’ve already won Porsche, WWF, Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference together with our partners. But there are still thousands of exciting companies to win. Are you ready?
This is how we work
- At the beginning, you work with partners to define the goals we want to achieve. You create detailed business plans that outline the number of new customers to win, the projected annual revenue and the strategic milestones.
- You make sure partners complete all necessary training and certification exams so they have the know-how to get started with our HR software.
- Using Microsoft Teams, you present our innovative software solution online with passion in your assigned region (DACH, Europe or North America).
- We have many unique selling points, and you definitely don’t keep them to yourself. We call it easy-selling.
- Afterward, you answer any questions that come up and actively support the partner in winning the customer for Hubdrive.
- You also ensure that all relevant KPIs are met. In regular performance reviews, you analyze the results and develop new ideas with partners to make the collaboration even more successful.
- You represent Hubdrive at trade shows, conferences and other industry events. There, you position our company as a trusted partner and expand our partner network.
- That completes the picture.
Your experience in partner channel sales
- You have several years of professional experience in the areas listed above or, for example, in key account management, alliance management, business development or partner success management.
- Your contacts on the customer side are often from upper management. You feel confident in that setting? And you’re eloquent too? Then it’s a match.
- Your German or English should be on point depending on the region you’re applying for.
- Your degree isn’t that important to us. What matters are experience, presence, eloquence and of course: your ability to empathize.
