We are looking for a seasoned personality with coaching experience for our sales team - the more the merrier. The coaching takes place at our office in Würzburg.

Your future

Your daily work is to coach, inspire and develop a great sales team with people from different countries around the world
Coaching takes place along the entire sales process as part of individual or group coaching sessions in German and English
You accompany new team members through the onboarding process
You continuously develop the existing coaching and training programs
You are involved in the Würzburg headquarters for the Sales Managers from all regions (DACH, Europe, North America)

Your experience

You have several years of experience in coaching employees in sales
You have already learned many sales methods in your life
Your German and English should be fluent. You need both all the time
You have experience in international sales
Working with many cultures on a daily basis does not throw you off track
You naturally have very good presentation and moderation skills
