Your role as Product Manager HR Software

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: Every quarter, you ensure that our HR software is a good deal better. This means a lot of organising and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference are already among our customers. Thanks to your commitment, other well-known customers will also choose our software in the future.

Job details

  • How does it work in practice? It starts with improvements to our HR software solution. We have a pipeline of ideas and suggestions from customers, partners and experts from which we select optimisations.
  • You will initially moderate this selection process together with the customer support team and management with regard to our product strategy.
  • As soon as it is clear which improvements we want to implement, you detail the requirements and describe everything in concrete terms as user stories for software development.
  • Together with our software development team, you will then implement your improvements as part of our agile development methodology. You will continuously test the results together with our quality team and ensure a high level of usability.
  • As soon as everything has been implemented to your satisfaction, you will document the functions for our Learning Centre together with our eLearning team.
  • You then prepare the content for the release. You ensure that our customers and partners learn about your product improvement through newsletters and website posts. You will also shoot videos with our marketing team to advertise the new functions.
  • To round things off, you organise an online training course for all our implementation partners to explain the new functions to them in detail.

You have experience as a Product Manager

  • You have several years of professional experience as an IT/software project manager or as a product manager for a software product.
  • You have a basic understanding of how software is structured and how the building blocks are connected (e.g. ER model).
  • You are used to working hands-on in the process and you enjoy it.
  • You are experienced in creating content with different media and can communicate in a target group-orientated way.
  • Your degree is not so important to us. What counts for us is experience, quality and communication skills.
