Your role as Partner Success Manager

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.
Your part in this:
You take strategic measures to ensure that our partners achieve the jointly agreed goals. Your interface function ensures continuous communication with all internal and external contacts.
You generate new exciting partners with great potential at trade fairs, in webinars or on stage. Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many other partners in 36 countries are keen to successfully acquire and implement customers with you

This is how we work

  • At the beginning, you work with the partners to define the goals we want to achieve. You create detailed business plans that outline the number of new customers to acquire, the planned annual revenue and the strategic milestones.
  • You make sure partners complete all required training and certification exams so they have the know-how to get started with our HR software.
  • You are also responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities and partner strategies. In doing so, you collaborate with Hubdrivers from other departments.
  • You also ensure that all relevant KPIs are continuously monitored. In regular performance reviews, you analyze the results and work with the partners to develop new ideas for making the collaboration even more successful.
  • You represent Hubdrive at trade shows, conferences and other industry events. There, you position our company as a trusted partner and expand our partner network.
  • As a Partner Success Manager, you play a key role in identifying and acquiring new partners.

Your experience as a Partner Success Manager

  • You have several years of professional experience in the areas mentioned – or in partner management, alliance management, business development or key account management.
  • Your conversation partners are often from executive leadership. You feel confident in that setting – and you’re eloquent too? Then it’s a good fit.
  • Strategic thinking, strong self-organization and a structured way of working are among your core strengths.
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams and in complex project environments.
  • Your German and English should be on point.
  • Your degree is not what matters most to us. What counts is your experience, presence, eloquence and – of course – your ability to empathize.
