Your role as Partner Success Manager

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: Continuous support for your sales partners as well as maintaining contacts and expanding cooperation.

Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many smaller partners in 36 countries have a great desire to successfully acquire and implement customers with you.

Your future

  • Creating business plans with your Alliance Partners, including setting targets such as the number of new customers and annual turnover
  • Regular meetings with partners to discuss the progress of the business plan and offer support where necessary
  • Organization of training courses and certification exams for our partners to ensure their know-how in our HR software
  • Implementation of joint customer acquisition measures such as trade fair participation with your partners

Your Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility or, for example, in partner management, alliance management, business development, key account management
  • Very good communication and moderation skills at management level
  • High level of self-organization and structured way of working
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Passion for digitalization and software solutions
