Your Future
- Organization (reception, classification and processing) of service requests from our customers
- Internal and external communication in the context of service requests
- Administration of our own Cloud IT services
- Assistance in the further development of our support processes
Your Experience
- 1-2 years Working experience in a similar position
- You are a problem solver and computers are your passion
- Good knowledge of both the German and English language (oral and written)
- Experience in customer care, consulting or customer support
