Your role as
Business Consultant HR Best Practice

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in HR administration. Employees get more comfort and security in their daily work. Here’s your part:

You advise our customers during implementation and support them with service requests.

Porsche, Edeka, WWF, Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross, the Munich Security Conference and many more customers rely on your support. Are you ready?

This is how we work

  • You advise our customers during implementation, make sure it’s close to the standard, and review concepts and project plans.
  • You analyze and evaluate technical issues and develop suggestions to fix them.
  • You train our implementation partners on how to use the software solution and teach them our best practice implementation.
  • You check the partner’s implementation, give feedback on configurations, data migration and interfaces, and make sure customer requirements are met.
  • You analyze reported issues, forward bugs and feature requests to developers and product management, and handle customer inquiries about technical problems.
  • You create technical guides and training materials and document solutions and best practices.
  • That completes the picture.

Your experience

  • You’ve got work experience in IT consulting, IT support or as an IT specialist.
  • Computers are your passion and you enjoy finding the right solution for every problem.
  • You’re used to working with customers or in customer support.
  • Our team and our customers are diverse and international, so your German and English should be on point and communication should be smooth.
  • Your degree doesn’t matter to us. We care about experience, quality and passion.
