Supervisor: check time tracking information of an employee

This page describes how Supervisors can visualize and track information from employees.

Hint

  • This section is divided into 2 main sections:
    • On the left side you can find relevant information about active attendances, e.g. employee´s name, record date, start and end time, hours gross and net, etc.
    • On the right side, the table will display information about active attendance with correction required, e.g. missing time stamps.
  • The supervisor will only see records from employees that are located in the same department.
  • Time Stamps in the HR solution will always be displayed based on the time zone settings of the user who is currently viewing the record. In case supervisor and employee are working from different time zones, the supervisor will see their employee's start time "translated" to their own time zone. The employee will see their own time stamp in their time zone.

Tips & Tricks

If you were not able to check your employee's time tracking information as described above, please contact your HR department and have them check the following settings:

  • Employees must have a valid license assigned
  • Module Base Settingsh for Time & Attendance ave been configured
  • Badge has been configured (if Time Clock Terminals are used)
  • Supervisor and employee must be in the same department
