Your role as a
Junior Product Manager for HR software

With our innovative HR software, companies save a great deal of time every year – and employees benefit from more comfort and security in their daily work. Your part in this:

You support an experienced product manager in making our HR software even better.

Porsche, WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference are already among our customers. Which client will be next to choose our HR solution?

This is how we work

At the Hubdrive Academy, you expand your knowledge and gain experience. An experienced product manager is by your side.
You gradually take on more responsibility for improving our HR solution.
We have a pipeline of ideas from customers, partners and experts – and we also aim to strengthen our unique selling points.
You support the creation of user stories for software development – working in an interdisciplinary team.
You then help with implementation and quality assurance – including testing, releases and ensuring high usability.
Once everything is well implemented, you document the features together with our eLearning team for our Learning Center.
With clear newsletters and inspiring website content, you proudly present your product improvements.
Finally, you support our product managers with online partner events, walkthroughs and first-level support.
That completes the picture.
