How to apply for leave on your mobile phone

Objective

Employees may need to apply for leave whilst away from their primary place work, where a workstation is not available, or at short notice whilst not working. Employees are able to use their mobile phone to access the HR for Dynamics app, then create and submit a leave request.

The ability to submit a leave request, amongst the complete functionality of HR for Dynamics, remotely, means that employees can submit request when required for efficiency and peace of mind.

Click Through

  • Start in the HR for Dynamics app
  • Go to the Employee Cockpit
  • Select New Leave Request
  • Add the dates From and Until
  • Choose whether it's an All Day Event or not
    • If it's not an All Day Event, you can choose whether you want to apply for leave on the first or second half of the day
  • Save as Draft
  • Add the substitute (if required in your organization)
    • This employee will act as your substitute during your vacation.
  • Check if the entered data is correct
  • Click on Submit
  • Wait for substitute acceptance (if required in your organization)
  • Wait for HR Manager or Supervisor approval
