At the end of a quarter, the quarter should be evaluated. The Supervisor assesses how successful the quarter was and provides feedback to the CxO level on which sub-targets were achieved.
For this purpose, the Key Results & KPIs are deactivated by the Supervisor of the department, with the respective status reason. The Progress is passed on to the Objective and the Supervisor is also responsible for whether the Objective has been achieved.
If Key Results / KPIs / Objectives have not been achieved, a decision must be made as to whether the respective entries should be carried over to the following quarter (together with the past Progress) or whether new sub-targets should be set.
