Your Role

Your Training

The training fee including all internal and external trainings as well as the complete training material amounts to: 11.200 € and will ideally be fully subsidized.

Your future after the training

As a Junior Seller Business Software you will acquire your first own customers
for HR for Dynamics, earn your own commission and continue to learn from experienced Senior Sales Managers.

You will successfully sell the innovation leader among HR solutions worldwide
You present the solution and its unique selling points online
You inspire the prospective customers of the possible benefits for their company and for their employees
You are goal-oriented and close the deal
You support our Sales Managers in their sales process

What you need to have

Enthusiasm for IT and the possibilities of digitalization
Secondary school, high school, diploma or career changer with working experience
A lot of motivation to meet the challenges of the training
Awareness that this training is designed for the best
Very good German and at least English B2
You must pass the aptitude test

No work experience is required for the training.
