Your role as Partner Marketing Teamlead

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big leap up the career ladder? Then we've got something for you!

You lead the team of Partner Marketing Campaign Managers and are responsible for the entire process from brainstorming to the implementation of exciting campaigns.

Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many other partners around the world are keen to run successful campaigns.

We are growing significantly. Scaling processes and training additional Hubdrivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

Partner marketing begins with a joint business plan with the solution and premium solution partners.
How many leads does the partner want to generate? How many campaigns do you want to run? Which trade fairs, webinars, newsletters or new innovative formats do you want to use?
You and your team then implement lots of exciting campaigns with partners all over the world. It all happens from the headquarters in Würzburg.
Your team meets with the partners every two weeks. You give tips and make sure things are running smoothly.
You always have the big picture in mind. Are we achieving our growth targets, does the trade fair calendar still fit and are the regions growing as planned?
Partner Marketing is at the very beginning of the value chain. You determine the maximum scaling.
Partner marketing also includes acquiring new partners - especially in regions of the world where we are not yet so well known. The USA and UK are currently a big topic.
Important! You are a role model and coach. You always make sure that your employees have fun and continue to develop. Every four weeks, you sit down with each individual and discuss how things are going.
Then you regularly hire additional campaign managers. As I said, we want to continue to grow strongly. This completes the topic.

You are experienced as a marketing team leader

You have several years of professional experience in IT.
You have managed a team in marketing. We need your routine here, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
You are passionate about inspiring people.
You have a desire to systematically scale business cases.
In any case, you need eloquence, a confident appearance and polished manners. Because the people you are talking to are established personalities.
Your German and English should be on point.
