Your role as CSM

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: You support the customer in achieving the planned goals and improvements fully. This means communicating, moderating and organising.

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference have already been won by your new colleagues. They are waiting to be developed further by you.

Job details

  • At the beginning, you will clarify with the customer when they would like to start the project, in which order they would like to establish the possible improvements in their HR management with our software and what needs to be prepared. They tend to underestimate the preparation ...
  • In regular meetings, you discuss the progress of the project with the customer and their implementation partner, keep an eye on everyone completing their to-dos, point out milestones and offer your support with change management.
  • If the customer or partner doesn't get things moving, you escalate to management level so that we can make progress.
  • To the point: You make sure that the full potential of improvements reaches the customer.
  • So if you want a lot of creative freedom, a lot of communication and customers who would love to fall around your neck again and again with gratitude, then this is the job for you.

You have experience as a CSM

  • You have several years of professional experience as a CSM, as a project manager of complex projects or were a key account manager.
  • You are already familiar with HR administration processes.
  • Your dialogue partners on the customer side are often from the management level. Do you have what it takes? And are you eloquent too? Then it fits.
  • You've been in the job for a while and would describe yourself as a seasoned person who gets straight to the point.
  • Your degree is not so important to us. What counts for us is experience, standing, eloquence and, of course, your ability to empathise.
