Your Future

You are the interface between marketing, sales and consulting and handle administrative tasks in these areas
You process online customer inquiries, maintain them in our CRM and forward them to the responsible employee
You take care of the follow-up orders of our existing customers
You support the organization of national and international trade fairs
You are responsible for data maintenance in all important portals

Your Experience

You have at least 5 years of experience in internal sales, as a sales assistant, as a clerk or as an executive assistant
You have excellent organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
You are experienced in communicating with external business partners on a professional level
You are familiar with the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have excellent communication skills in German and English
