Your Training

Within 12 months, we will train you to become a HR Solution Expert for Microsoft business software. You will gain an excellent starting point for your further career with fast promotion opportunities and exciting salary prospects.

Focus in the first 6 months

• Expertise in selected areas of the HR Managements
• Communication and moderation skills
• The Microsoft Business Software Stack
• Proficient in using MS-Office and project management tools
• Pedagogical methods with which you ensure training success
• Cloud Computing and Modern Workplace in the Microsoft Ecosystem

Focus in the second 6 months

• Project management
• Practical experience in real customer projects
• Training on the job

You can start your training on January 10, April 1, July 1 or September 1. Graduates with a grade of 2 or higher will guaranteed receive a job and an attractive career plan.

What you need to have

• Enthusiasm for IT and the possibilities of digitalization
• Secondary school, high school, diploma or career changer with working experience
• A lot of motivation to meet the challenges of the training
• Awareness that this training is designed for the best
• Very good German and at least English B2
• You must pass the aptitude test

The training fee including all internal and external trainings as well as the complete training material is: 11.200 € 0 €.

Your future after the training

As a Junior HR Solution Expert you will be responsible for the implementation of HR for Dynamics at your SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers.

• You train proven HR best practices for your key users
• You take customer requests and make proactive recommendations
• You structure these customer requests and coordinate the solution
• You are the contact person for all end user questions regarding the software
• You make minor adjustments to the software yourself
• You provide important input for our product management, to make HR for Dynamics even better
