Your Future

As a Junior HR Solution Expert you will be responsible for the implementation of
HR for Dynamics at your SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers.

• You train proven HR best practices for your key users
• You take customer requests and make proactive recommendations
• You structure these customer requests and coordinate the solution
• You are the contact person for all end user questions regarding the software
• You make minor adjustments to the software yourself
• You provide important input for our product management,
  to make HR for Dynamics even better

Your Experience

What you should have to be successful

• Expertise in selected areas of HR management
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Routine handling of MS-Office, know-how in project management tools
• Pedagogical methods with which you ensure training success
• You are able to train complex topics in an understandable way

Advantageous additional skills

• Experience in project management
• Experience in the Microsoft Business Software environment
