Employees can now manage their own absences, activities , travel expenses and receipts completely on their own - without the need to bother the HR department. It is also possible to view remaining leave days and change master data such as bank details. All functions required are provided by the central employee portal.

You can work wherever you are and on almost any device you have at your disposal. You always work in a reliable, original Microsoft App, Microsoft Outlook or your favorite browser. If you want to work in your browser, you can even use Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox in addition to Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.

Complete Solution for Self-Services

Employees can submit their leave requests in the self-service portal at any time - in the office, on the go or from home. The remaining leave entitlement can, of course, also be accessed. In addition, employees can also enter or request other absences such as sickness or parental leave.

For time tracking, the self-service portal offers six different possibilities that you can combine with almost any of your favorite devices. You will find a suitable solution for every situation and for every employee: in the office with your pc, online via your smartphone, via time tracking terminal, a virtual time clock, Outlook, from home office or in your favorite browser. Employees can have access to the current status including over and under bookings in informative dashboards.

Travel expenses and receipts can also be managed in the portal. Receipts can be entered via smartphone even with a photo of the receipt. In addition, employees can have the system calculate their expenses which are directly forwarded to finance and accounting for quick reimbursement to the employee.

Employees can also maintain master data themselves in the self-service portal. HR permits employees to change master data such as bank details or telephone number. However, when trying to change locked data, a change request is created which needs to be confirmed by HR. Employees can perform all these tasks in their self-service portal.

Various goals can be recorded in performance reviews. These goals can be activities, skills, trainings and certificates that need to be acquired by a specific date. A diagram in the self-service portal gives employees more information about the current status and degree of fulfillment of their goals at any time.

Integrated work makes the difference

Hubdrive's HR Power Extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources is fully integrated in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CDS Power Platform. The synchronization of data between all areas takes place automatically and in real time.

  • Applications from your website are automatically transferred to the recruiting module for example. Multiple data entries are eliminated.

Technical Platform Integration
