Payroll Preparation
The HR Power Extension Payroll Preparation is the bridge to your payroll software. All information for payroll is collected there, processed and made available for transfer.
You can differentiate between the different companies or clients in which your employees are employed. Each employee group can be assigned to different payment cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, monthly).
The function collects all salary components (wages, salaries, bonuses, special payments etc. ) for all employees for the respective payroll period and processes the payments that are actually to be made. Hourly wages and commissions are also processed according to the stored rules automatically.
In addition, further information such as employee arrivals and departures, sick days and master data changes (e.g. bank account information) are used for transfer to accounting.
All information is available as a standardized Excel file for transfer to payroll accounting. Standard interfaces are also available for numerous payroll solutions (DATEV, ADP, Sdworx, NAPA3, ...).
