Your future
- Leadership and management of a team of international software developers and their continuous development
- Organization of the day-to-day business on the basis of an agile project management method
- Close cooperation and regular coordination with Microsoft headquarters via online meetings, 2 times per year but also on-site at Microsoft conferences in America
- Active participation in the day-to-day business to continuously improve our development, deployment and update processes
- Responsibility for product quality and 3rd level support
Your experience
- Several years of professional experience in software development or in the realization of complex software projects
- The will and passion to lead and develop a team
- Advantageous: experience in leading employees or in (IT) project management
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Desirable but not a must: knowledge of software life cycle management as well as cloud and SaaS solutions
