Your Role

We are continuously growing and thereby we are also increasing our HR department. We need your support for this onsite in Würzburg.

Your Future

• You are responsible for the complete application process for your area, starting with the job profile up to the onboarding of the candidate
• You identify precisely suitable talents in social networks like LinkedIn or Xing and reach out to them actively
• You are doing interviews and guide promising candidates through the interview process
• You are engaged in employer branding projects to position the company as an attractive employer (Example)
• You ensure an exciting and professional candidate experience
• You are developing our future-oriented recruiting strategy in cooperation with our HR-Management

Your Experience

• You have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting and operative HR management
• You excite new talents for Hubdrive with your empathetic manner
• You think in an analytic way, incorporate data into your decision and have experience in implementing a recruiting strategy
• You are excited about the possibilities of the digital transformation
• You communicate directly to the point, in German and in English
