Your task is to inspire prospective customers for HR for Dynamics right from the start, to show them an innovative solution for their desired improvements in HR and to win them over as satisfied customers in the long term.
Your team lead will support you in achieving your revenue goals and your individual development according to your career plan.

Within 6 months, we will re-train you to become an Online Seller for business software. You will gain an excellent starting point for your further career with fast promotion opportunities and exciting salary prospects.

The re-training fee including all internal and external trainings as well as the complete training material amounts to: 11.200 € and will ideally be fully subsidized.
Your Future after the Re-Training
- You are successfully selling our HR solution HR Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- You guide the prospect in a structured and multi-tiered sales process from lead to purchase
- We don't do cold calls! You receive your leads from the marketing department
- Thereby, you present the innovative solution and the USPs online via Microsoft Teams
- You excite the prospects about the benefits of the solution for their company and their employees
- You are goal-oriented in closing deals an hand over your newly acquired customer to the Customer Success Team
- You work closely with the prospects, our trusted partners and the global Microsoft sales teams
- You work at our headquarters in Würzburg with prospects from your assigned regions
What you need to have
- Enthusiasm for IT and the possibilities of digitalization
- At least 3 years of working experience in a different industry
- Secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or completed studies
- A lot of motivation to meet the challenges of the training
- The awareness that this training is designed for the best
- Very good German and at least English B2
- You must pass the aptitude test
