Your Role

• You are leading independently a sales team with people from different countries of this world
• We don't do cold calls! Your team receives all of the qualified leads from the marketing department
• You excite, lead and coach continuously
• You motivate your team to deliver top performance every day
• You close your own opportunities within your region
• You adapt the processes in sales regularly for an continuous growth in sales
• You work in our Headquarters in Würzburg for a dedicate global region
• You report directly to the Head of Sales

Your experience

• You have 1-3 years of experience in leading a small Sales Team
• You have minimum 3 years your own experience in Sales
• You have experience in Sales Coaching
• You have excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English
