Your Role
You already have some experience in partner management and want to take a step further on your career ladder? Then we have something exciting for you.
Your Future
- Continuous support of your sales partners as well as contact maintenance and expansion of cooperation
- Drawing up business plans with your alliance partners, including setting targets such as the number of new customers and annual turnover
- Regular meetings with the partners to discuss the progress of the business plan and offer support if necessary
- Organizing training and certification exams for our partners to ensure their expertise in our HR software
- Conducting joint customer acquisition activities such as trade show participation with your partners
Your Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility or, for example, in partner management, alliance management, business development, key account management
- Very good communication and moderation skills at management level
- High level of self-organization and structured way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Passion for digitalization and software solutions
