The details of the job

Your focus is on the implementation of B2B campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our HR software solution
Together with our Marketing Director, you will develop a sensible campaign mix within the framework of our marketing strategy
You will plan, organise and independently conduct campaigns with our sales partners and with Microsoft nationally and internationally
Our campaigns are widely spread in the areas of online, social, events, trade fairs, portals as well as press/PR
You work closely with our colleagues at Microsoft and receive budgets for your campaigns from them

This is you

You have at least 3 years of experience in lead generation through national and international marketing campaigns
You have a degree in economics (with a focus on marketing) or comparable further education
You have already worked with a CRM system (Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
You are proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have excellent German and English skills (fluent written and spoken)
