HR for Dynamics Toolbox
HR Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is modular and flexibly scalable, from supplementing a current HR system to the usage as a fully comprehensive human capital management solution. The 16 modules can be used individually or as a complete solution.
It is like using a car configurator, the customer can put together his individual solution based on the HR improvements he wants. This configurator, the HR for Dynamics Toolbox, was put together by Microsoft and Hubdrive. The Toolbox lists all of the functions and improvements that customers worldwide would like to see as part of their digitization in HR. For each function, the manufacturer, the associated software and any supplementary or alternative solutions are listed.
Additional Information
For some functions you need one software vendor, some two in combination and in some cases, alternative vendors exist. Please note the additional information to find the best option.
Customers please fill in the 2nd column from the right ("Tick or Selected Solution"), by themselves or together with their Dynamics Partner. Afterwards you can get specific information about these areas or have the selected areas presented and offered to you.
At the end of a day, every customer receives a tailored HR solution - a holistic solution where everything is seamlessly integrated. The users experience the compilation as a single HR solution - their HR solution.
When it comes to licensing, customers can choose. They can buy or rent licenses directly from the vendor. Alternatively, Hubdrive and selected partners act as general contractors. Customers have then a single contact person for licensing, billing and support.
