You will accompany the customer - before, during and after the implementation of our HR software - always with the goal of increasing the usage of our solution and building a long-term relationship with the customer:

Working with the most exciting and successful customers globally
Planning of the software implementation phase with the customer as well as regular meetings to clarify the progress.
First point of contact for the customer
Establish our HR software in the daily work of the customers you support: Discuss with your customers to what extent they are already using the software and in which areas there is still potential for use.
Inspire your customers for suitable further modules of our personnel software.

Your Experience

Several years of professional experience in the field of HR, IT consulting, project management or key account management.
Self-confident appearance, strong communication skills, eloquence, empathy and enthusiasm
High self-organization and structured way of working
Business fluent German and conversational English skills
Advantageous: Expertise in HR processes and IT affinity
