Your Role

Your Re-Training

Within 6 months, we will retrain you to become a Partner Success Manager. You will gain an excellent starting point for your further career with fast promotion opportunities and exciting salary prospects.

Focus of the first quarter - Creating the basis

• HR for Dynamics usage and technology
• Expertise in selected areas of HR management
• Partner management in the software industry
• Targeted communication and facilitation skills
• Microsoft Business Software Stack I
• Cloud Computing and Modern Workplace in the Microsoft Ecosystem
• Practical experience with first own partners

Focus of the second quarter - Ensure basis

• Implementation strategies
• Microsoft Business Software Stack II
• Training on the job
• Demand and implement business plans
• GTM and co-sell activities
• Partner campaigns and trade shows
• Partner Recruiting

The training fee including all internal and external trainings as well as the complete training material amounts to: 11.200 € and will ideally be fully subsidized.

Your Future after the Re-Training

• Continuous and holistic management of the partners assigned to you
• Working with the most exciting and successful partners worldwide
• Assist in the creation of business plans with your partners
• Empower partners to implement HR for Dynamics with customers
• Assist in the implementation of go-to-market plans
• Execute lead campaigns with your partners
• Strengthen partner relationships to drive engagement with Hubdrive products
• Assisting in the education of your partners
• Help recruit additional partners in your region
• Your future colleagues are already working with these partners

What you need to have

• Enthusiasm for IT and the possibilities of digitalization
• At least 3 years of professional experience in another environment
• Secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or completed studies
• A lot of motivation to meet the challenges of retraining
• Awareness that this program is designed for the best
• Very good German and at least English B2
• You must pass the aptitude test
