Focus of the first half of the year - Creating a basis

  • HR for Dynamics usage and technology
  • Expertise in selected areas of HR management
  • Success Management in the software industry
  • Goal-oriented communication and moderation skills
  • Microsoft Business Software Stack I
  • Cloud Computing and Modern Workplace im Microsoft Ecosystem
  • Practical experience with first own customers

Focus of the second half of the year - Ensuring the basis

  • Implementation strategies
  • Microsoft Business Software Stack II
  • Continuous and holistic customer management
  • Work out milestones with the customer
  • Ensuring improvements
  • Identify trends and proactively derive success measures
  • Training on the Job

The training fee including all internal and external trainings as well as the complete training material amounts to: 11.200 € and will ideally be fully subsidized.

 

 

Your Future

  • Continuous and holistic management of the clients assigned to you

What you need to have

  • Enthusiasm for IT and the possibilities of digitalization
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a different industry
  • Secondary school leaving certificate at least, advantageous completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics, law, business psychology or comparable
  • A lot of motivation to meet the challenges of the training
  • The awareness that this training is designed for the best
  • Very good German and at least English B2
