Your Future

You are responsible for the implementation of
HR for Dynamics for your customers in the Enterprise segment.

• You proactively support your customers in all phases of the implementation.
• Your focus is on international implementations across multiple time zones
• You are an expert for the HR specifics of selected countries
• You train proven HR best practices for your key users
• You are able to take complex customer requests beyond the standard
• You structure customer requests, coordinate the solution and ensure success
• You support the project organization for your customers
• You provide important input for our product management,
  to make HR for Dynamics even better

Your Experience

What you should have to be successful

• Many years of experience with international software initiatives
• Full range of expertise in HR management - from hire to retire
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Pedagogical methods with which you ensure training success
• Experience in facilitation and escalation

Advantageous additional skills

• Experience in program management
• Experience in the Microsoft Business Software environment
